Restaurant & Facility Refrigeration Maintenance Plans in the Treasure Valley

A maintenance plan keeps your walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines and rooftop units on a schedule, so problems get caught on a planned visit instead of on a Friday night. We set up plans for restaurants, bars, cafes, breweries, convenience stores and food trucks, and for schools, public buildings, healthcare, grocery and multi-building portfolios across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell and Kuna, priced as a custom contract for your equipment.

Why it matters

Why Scheduled Maintenance Pays Off

Treasure Valley summers push rooftop condensing units hard, and late-spring cottonwood fluff mats condenser coils shut. Maintenance is how you get ahead of both.

Less Product Loss

Dirty coils and slow leaks make equipment run longer and hotter until one day it cannot keep up. Catching those early protects the inventory sitting in your walk-ins and reach-ins.

Health Inspections

Equipment that holds temperature consistently is easier to keep in compliance, and a service record shows you are keeping up with it.

Lower Energy Use

A clogged condenser coil forces the compressor to work harder for the same cooling. Clean coils and sound electrical connections help keep power bills in check.

Fewer Emergency Calls

Most refrigeration emergencies start as something small: a matted coil, a worn belt, a loose connection, a slow leak. Scheduled visits find those first.

Getting started

How a Plan Works

1. Call or Walk-Through

Call us or request a quote. We walk through your kitchen, store or truck and list the walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines and rooftop units you want covered.

2. Custom Contract

Your plan is priced as a custom contract for your equipment, based on what you have and how hard it works. No one-size package.

3. Scheduled Visits

We schedule visits around your service hours, such as before open, between rushes or on a slow day, so the line keeps running.

4. Service Record

After each visit you get a record of what was done on each piece of equipment. Anything else we find is noted and quoted before we do it.

A plan does not replace emergency service. If something fails between visits, call any time, day or night. Walk-in and refrigeration-down calls get priority dispatch. For repairs, see walk-in cooler repair, walk-in freezer repair and ice machine repair. Looking for HVAC-only service? See commercial maintenance and our maintenance services. After-hours and emergency calls are billed at overtime rates.

FAQ

Maintenance Plan Questions

What restaurant owners, store managers and facility directors ask before signing up

Every plan visit covers five standard items on the equipment in your contract: filter changes, coil cleaning, belt inspection and replacement where the equipment uses belts, an electrical check, and a refrigerant leak check. If we find anything else that needs attention, we note it and quote it before doing any work.

Each plan is priced as a custom contract for your equipment. The price depends on how many walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines and rooftop units you have, where they are, and how often they need service. We start with a walk-through so the quote reflects what you actually have.

We schedule visits around your service hours, such as before open, between lunch and dinner, or on a slow day, so the kitchen can keep working. Tell us your hours and your busy days during the walk-through and we will plan around them.

It helps. Clean coils and working equipment hold temperatures more consistently, and after each visit you get a service record of what was done on which equipment. That record is useful to have on hand if an inspector or your insurance carrier asks about equipment upkeep.

Yes. Alongside restaurants, we set up preventive maintenance agreements for school districts, municipal, county and state buildings, healthcare and medical offices, grocery and cold storage, and property managers with multiple buildings. The same five standard items apply, the agreement can cover rooftop units, water source heat pumps and refrigeration across every building, and it is priced as a custom contract for your equipment. We can schedule visits and major work for after hours, weekends or school breaks.

Yes. We set up plans for restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, breweries, bars, cafes and food trucks across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell and Kuna. The contract covers whatever refrigeration and rooftop equipment you have, whether that is one truck or several locations.
