Yes. We service all brands of commercial refrigeration, ice machine, kitchen and HVAC equipment. The brands on this page are the ones we see most often in the Treasure Valley. Call with the make and model and we will tell you up front whether we can take care of it.
The brand, model number and serial number from the equipment's data plate, plus a short description of what it is doing. A phone photo of the data plate works well. That lets us check parts availability before the technician arrives.
That is how most of our customers use us. The same team works on your ice machine, reach-ins, walk-ins, dish machine, hood and rooftop units, and we can cover all of it under one preventive maintenance agreement, priced as a custom contract for your equipment.
We answer 24/7 with 2-hour emergency response. Tell us the brand, the model and what the equipment is doing, and we aim to have a technician on-site within 2 hours for emergency calls. After-hours calls are billed at overtime rates.
